This recipe is not at all what I thought it would be. I thought it would be pizza, and it really isn’t. When it came out of the oven my husband said “This is different than I thought it would be.” I think this is more quiche than pizza: a ricotta quiche with a sweet crust and a lattice top. I have to say that I wasn’t all that excited to make this. Maybe it was because I was just home from vacation and not in the cooking mood yet. I’m not sure. I got all the ingredients and still I wasn’t sure I was going to make it. But I did make it and it turned out just fine.

I hesitated on making this recipe as well. Glad I did though - we liked it.
I thought there was too much sugar in the crust and cut it way back, it seemed to work well that way. Your pie looks delicious.
It came out better than I thought but I also think this crust would be great for pies, like a tart cherry pie! Looks yummy!
Looks great! I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. The sweet crust was a little odd, but tasty. :)
This was a pleasant surprise - I think a lot of people were confused by the term "pizza" (me included)
I think we were all tricked by the name of this recipe! Yours came out pretty tho.
